Well to CW credit, at least my local dealer they are switching it up a bit and instead of ordering 3 Palazzo's they are going to only keep 1. They told us that there were 5 other Palazzo owners within this past summer that had issues too. There were 5 units around about the same time frame that had these huge problems. I sure would like to know who those 5 owners were. Apparently they don't read forums or get into social media.
