Don't waste any more time, get an attorney Monday morning and let him handle it, he may well go after your legal fees also. The initial consultation is usually free so you have nothing to loose buy making the call. Don't default on your loan. CW doesn't want to waste money on legal fees either so a letter or two between attorneys might get it resolved for you.
