OP, You're mad. That's understandable, but it's causing you to not think straight, and might cause you to do something you'll regret later. Bottom line; Thor has a legal responsibility per the prescribed warranty to make that coach 100% right. Sadly yes, you have to make the payments until that happens, but that's what everyone else does that has warranty work done. Might be only a day or two for some, but that's what we do. Have an attorney write a letter if you must to tell them what they already know which is again, that they have to repair everything that is wrong, and you won't accept it until then. Believe me they, or CW, or your bank don't want the coach back. They want you to have it, even if you sell, or trade it in when you do get it back, and again, YOU WILL GET IT BACK. You signed up for 20 YEARS of payments, so make a few while you wait. Ya, it sucks, but you "won the lottery" and are one of the "unfortunate" few that are having a major problem, and we truly feel for you, but you've got to just hang in there, make Thor fix the d*mn thing! and then go from there.
