OP, I have resisted the urge to post on this thread, I certainly understand your anger, but you have gotten some good advice over the last couple of pages. Thor has the responsibility under the warranty to repair whatever is wrong. According to your post, you have been advised the RV is repaired and ready for pickup. You refused to take it, because you want a new one. You badly need legal advice. As a retired Judge, I can tell you that based on the things you have demanded in your posts, you are going to come across as unreasonable and any case you might have against CW or Thor is going to be harmed, a lot! If you default on your loan, your credit is going to take a major hit, as others have said: the lender will repossess the unit, sell it at auction for pennies on the dollar and sue you for the difference between what it bringss and the amount due. If it were me, I would go inspect the unit, if everything is repaired, take delivery, and see if it is satifactory for your use. If so, live with it, if not, sell it and speak to an attorney about whether suing Thor for any loss is worthwhile.
