IMHO - With or without Thor's help Camping World should replace this Palazzo! Replacement needs to be a different brand as OP will NEVER be happy with another Thor.
I do not see the extended warranty demand working.
We have good friends new MH shopping and we have already told them to avoid anything made by Thor. Jury is still out on Camping World.
edit: Camping World refunded the buyers of a problem 2014 Winnebago Tour so CW should step up in this case also.
