You have every right to post. The point trying to be made is ... you've made your point over & over. If, at some point a lawyer gets involved by one or more party, things said are documented. I'm not a lawyer, but sometimes things you say can be used against you if it came to that.

Lawyers do free consultations. I think your using this forum to get Thor to make it right. Getting a lawyer will expedite a resolution. It's your best option. I can't see defaulting on a loan is going to fair well for you.
