I agree that you have suffered and should be made whole. No more or no Less. as stated above CW should take back the unit refund all money and you both walk away. One thing I would recommend is contacting a lawyer and get them involved, Once attorneys get involved it does elevate the situation. Once he gets involved then you ask for what I stated and attorney fees. I would not default on loan cause that will end up hurting you and only you. Have you asked just for a full refund and nothing else? If not then I would ask if they refuse then go to lawyer.
