Many Thor owners are having problems with many Thor products. Here are a few Palazzo owners talking about their units. After reading several sites on Thor and other manufacutures QC problems, I have quit shopping and will keep "Hoppie" our 13 year old Bounder...he rattles, snorts, squeaks, but runs like a hose and everything works.
