As I read through the mire of these now countless pages, I have to wonder; How much of this left the factory this way, How much was inspected at the dealership, and who thinks it's Ok to sell an RV this way? I mean the slide hitting the bed seems like something that just didn't happen. It had to have been that way all along. I know QC is all but non existant in the RV world but come on. It seems as if Rv's nowadays aren't even glanced at when shipped out. The guys on the line HAD to have known this. I mean they built it. And just ignored it. Like no one would notice. And the dealer drops the ball too. I mean where's PDI? what a joke. And this stuff is not just Thor. It's all brands that have this stuff. What happened to good old fashioned pride in your product? Demand goes up, quality goes down. Shame. I have no idea what the counter argument to this is, only the OP's version - not saying you aren't accurate but there are always 2 sides. But IF what the OP says is true and the slides are totally messed up, the bed has to be moved etc, I would certainly NOT want it any more. I mean who wants to spend all that money on a brand new DP and have it hacked up and put back together. OP should have a brand new fully fuunctioning RV. And this should not be an isolated incident. We all deserve to get what we paid for. Seems like what you buy now are RV's that are almost ready but take it anyway and we'll fix it later. BS. Companies need to stand up and start doing $hit right the first time. Our money isn't almost good. Why should our RV be?
