I'll chime in once again..The manufacturer puts it together..The dealer sells it..as part of the dealer franchise, the dealer has an obligation to fix warranty claims...the defects are warranty claims...the dealer has an obligation for the PDI..who did that PDI?..who signed off on it and inspected the work..?...the only legal point on here is the OP who signed a oontract to buy it and pay for it..so he's stuck with the payments...defaulting on it won't help but hurt the buyer for the rest of his life....
1. I would recommend that the buyer contact one of the consumer advocates on the Raleigh TV stations..Camping World does not want negative press, regardless if they are honestly trying to rectify the situation.
2. Like a broken record from previous posts, an attorney is the only answer.
If Thor/CW get it back together to acceptable shape (perhaps an independent RVIA Certified Tech can inspect it as a neutral party)...then OP can decide to enjoy it or trade it.
I am waiting for a class action to pop up against THOR for improper installs of these slides....that is next....
