Now as to the OP and his problem with the Thor coach. I am sure Thor will correct any adjustments that have to be made to the slide, and the other repairs that have to be made. I would not publicize your problems in this forum because it is just human nature that some will make it look bigger then what it is. Then you will have some pushing what they own as the BEST. So give Thor and CW a chance to make it good and if they don't, you have a good case to fight it in court.
As I have posted before the industry needs better QC. I have been to many RV shows lately and I am very disappointed with the product they are pushing out and that is all companies. Even the most respected companies like Newmar are not putting out quality work anymore. I walked through a DutchStar and could not believe the quality of work done on the cabinets, and the discoloration of the woods used. So it is not only Thor, it is the whole industry that has to step up and produce a better product coming out of the factory and not shoving out to the dealer to do the major or minor repairs.
