IMHO...all this is simply speculation and it's really quite boring...the OP has a "deal" in the works and will know the outcome on the 15th of January. Any further speculation, suggestions and/or commentary on this issue is a waste of bandwidth. The OP, again IMO, could hinder any successful outcome by continuing to reply to this thread. Sometimes silence is golden.....just sayin...Dennis
