IMHO this is the reason for their postings. They feel it's actually helping their cause by bad PR. There are a few suggestions in the following order.

1) Get a lawyer and quit posting .... NOW. Forget about the 15th.
2) Keep taking it in until fixed.
3) Sell it as is or after repair as they will never be happy

Not paying the loan isn't a option as mentioned above. It's not the banks problem.
