I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

Camping world and Thor are working with us. All I have is good things to say about them at this point. By Jan 15 we are supposed to get another unit in that has just been manufactured. The las time thought they were sending a new one was a mistake and miscommunication between Thor and camping world.
