I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

I know of many people watching this thread...I want nothing better to see this fully solved so people can move on....Thor and CW should realize that many potential Thor/CW prospects will act based upon the results of how this is solved...I would jump for joy that this person literally comes out a happy camper since he parted with many dear dollars to do business with Thor and CW.
