Whoever retails that motorhome, for legal and liability reasons, the full disclosure of why it is for sale must be disclosed. IF you buy a lemon law motorhome for your personal use and then sell it later, you HAVE to disclose that it WAS a lemon law motorhome. Failure could bring you civil liability. At least in Texas, that is the law. Doug
