Something is wrong with this thread. Now it was never titled? If you drove it off the lot and are making payments it is titled; you as registered owner, bank as lienholder or legal owner. You may may not have received the offical title. After 90 days you should registration plus the plates. No dealer or bank is going to let a rig off the lot with out title, registration, and insurance. Plus this thread has been edited and so much has been deleted it renders it to a useless informative or learning tool for anyone. If it is not titled to you. It is not yours and you can walk away with no worries.
