I have been trying to keep up with the thread and now i'm at a loss. Never been titled and yet you have been making payment on the motorhome, in that case you could have just walked away, because it was never yours from the beginning. and you would have not had to deal with 36 pages of posts. Glad you are getting a new motorhome, is this going to be titled in you name and the bank gonna loan on it seeing you have a loan on the last motorhome, which was not yours but making payments. dealer plates have nothing to do with it. They will title it in your name and then sell it as a used motorhome. again glad it has worked out for you.
We couldn't have "just walked away". We tried to get them to buy it back. That was a huge no go. What people don't understand, loan paper work and DMV paper work are two entirely different things. Yes. The loan paper work went out immediately. The DMV paper work did not. I think this will help everyone understand. At first I was told that NONE of the paper work went out when we first had issues. It was later determined that just the loan paper work went out so fast cause, after all, CW is in business to make money. That insured they would quickly get their money from the bank. A collateral exchange will be done on the "next" motor home and the lean holder will never miss a payment. :)
