I am very glad for you. When making a major purchase such as a motorhome and then having the major difficulties you encountered with your purchase it is very encouraging to know that both the manufacturer (Thor) and the distributer/dealer (Camping World) have backed their integrity by replacing the defective product. This both satisfies you and the buying public, their future customers.

I have followed this post for a while now and I believe that you have used a level head and received a gratifying response.
