Ice Cream
This is my 2nd Norcold 1200 series frig and my ice cream still will not get rock hard. Freezer is @ -1 and I have tried both both sides. Am I the only one out there that has this problem? TOM

Buy your ice cream in the rectangular box and put it on the bottom and against the back wall of the left side. Works better if the larger side is against the back wall where the cooling comes from.
