Ice Cream
This is my 2nd Norcold 1200 series frig and my ice cream still will not get rock hard. Freezer is @ -1 and I have tried both both sides. Am I the only one out there that has this problem? TOM

Ours doesn't either. I put ours in the ice machine where we were workamping. The ice machine didn't even keep it as firm as our Norcold. We just don't try to keep ice cream in larger containers anymore. We eat less of it now, so better for our diet anyway. If I do buy at the store I buy a pint and we share it -- treat time!
