Ice Cream
This is my 2nd Norcold 1200 series frig and my ice cream still will not get rock hard. Freezer is @ -1 and I have tried both both sides. Am I the only one out there that has this problem? TOM

- Are you sure it's not the ice cream type/brand?
Zero degrees should freeze your ice cream rock hard provided it's the cheapo kind that has more water than fat in it.
In my world, if one's going to eat ice cream it might as well be the real thing- that means so much butterfat that there's no way for it to freeze rock hard. - Pretty much normal.
