We have used it for 14 years and our tank sensors give readings that appear to be accurate. - Ice cubes melt before they have any effect, unless you pour $35 worth of ice down there. Try Happy Camper treatment, cleans the tank so you don't have too. Works better than anything I've ever used. Geo method is time consuming and you have better things to do.
