I get that I don't need to run the fridge as it will default to lp, but with the small fridge like ours and the relatively cheap cost of a 600W, why not? if it were just TV's I could just as easy opt for a 12V with integrated DVD and save myself the hassle. I would like to install an inverter to run as much as possible with my 2 batteries (I could always add another) sans the big draw items like Micro and AC. TV's and Refer pretty much covers what I need. I don't make coffee after my first cup in the AM and DW does not use hair dryer or anything else and if she did it wouldn't be while travelling. We just find ourselves using the TV the most and it almost seems silly to run the gen just for that. And if I am wiring an inverter I might as well capture the refer. So, 2 TV's and refer (No ice maker etc - It's a pretty basic norcold). We don't boondock so it's just while driving. I don't want anything elaborate, pretty much plug and play if that exists.
