We bought our first DP from them years ago. We found them to be professional and responsive. The only negative, IMHO, is they advertised the unit as "clean and detailed". After OUR thorough cleaning, the beige carpet was actually blue.....:W...I would not hesitate to buy from them again.......Dennis
