For full time, long term, summer timing...etc...I'd go 40ft if I didn't want a tag and 45ft if I did. Most likely an older Bluebird, which would be well worth any and all renovations, anyone might desire.
I've talked to two high end owners, one with a 13 Prevost and yesterday with an 04 Newell, near West Palm Beach. Both say that their older BB coaches drove better and were built more solid.
