Agreed, but there are some very nice used Foretravels out there at more reasonable prices.
And I doubt that there are many 3% who could buy new! last Time I looked they were building nothing for less than $800k and that was 4 years ago.
What I meant by the three percent are the one's that are always on the news that don't pay any taxes. (millionaires)
