Just for the sake of conversation, lets say that you have $40k to spend and you want to buy a MH. The entire world is your oyster.....as long as it costs under $40k. What would you buy and why? ...

Several years back, I bought our current MH for half of that and even then perhaps paid too much. A lot depends on what your plans are. For us a now 15 yo unit, no slides, 31 ft long is just fine. Lot of well maintained older gas and some DP's can be picked up for that kind of money.
