I think it's hard to gauge what will sell until you throw it out there. Lots of people will say they like a yellow car, but when it comes down to actually doing it, few will write the check. We chicken out and go with something more "mainstream".

I suspect that they got alot of great feedback and "buzz" on the red display unit they build for the Spring RV show. I doubt that, in the end, they will sell many with this scheme. The silver? Probably tons. I was surprised they discontinued the sand color. Figured that would be very popular.

One would think they'd have a palette of 3 or 4 conservative colors. But to just have silver and fire engine red? Boggles.

Some dealership in north Texas had a prototype of this for several months. Cool looking, but not my cup of tea.

It's on their website. I've always liked red, but I would never buy a vehicle of that color. I think it looks super and would admire it if I saw it... why not? It looks a helluva lot better than all that ugly swirly******that most RV builders seem obsessed with...

If I was driving along and saw that red van coming up behind me I'd pull right over to the side, thinking it was the rescue squad!

Wow, that is red!

Not sure it was a Travato, but I saw a similar vehicle on Hwy 8 this weekend, only difference I could perceive from the distance I was behind was the matching red satellite dome on its roof.

Maybe something so bright would be stealth. Who would think it was an RV.
