Ignition related?

Over the years I've done tuneups on cars I've had and decided after having to replace the after market parts I used in less than a year to always use OEM parts for all tune ups and oil filters.

I find Rock Auto a great source for looking up parts and part numbers.

udidwht, sometimes the only sure way is to take the part in and have the clerk make a visual. Take your VIN in with you, come times there is a code that helps. Look for part numbers and manufacturer's name on the parts. Not to sophisticated, but these things help.

I've even had clerks tell me there isn't anyone that makes a oil filter for a Chevy 454 and showed me in the book, sometimes they can't think beyond their experience, it's also called a 7.4 liter.
