if you can find the relay have someone try to start the engine and listen for the relay to click if it does check the output terminal with a test light if the test light lights move to the solenoid mounted on the top of the starter, check with a test light on one of the small terminals, one is the trigger wire the other is ground, make sure the ground wire isn't broken then check the trigger wire with a test light if it lights and does not start the solenoid or the starter is bad, of course all of this depends on access and how flexible you are, good luck
