Saying that Class B's are over priced for what you get depends on what you consider value. If size is important and having every possible accessory is important, then a class B is indeed over priced. If going where no Class A or travel trailer can go then maybe not.
When raising a family we had pop ups, small class C's and a travel trailer depending on circumstances at the time. When we full timed for three years, we had a Class A and a toad. Now we are retired and empty nest. Size that the wife is comfortable driving and setting up is important. Ease of set up and tear down is important now, more so than in the past. The point is that our needs and the value we place on them change as life moves along.
