Tightened up a drippy valve, it's fixed. But there is a leak under the pump. The fittings are dry. I can't feel anything on the body of the pump all the way around. The pump is against the bay floor. ...

Can't really tell, but the is slightly elevated. Need to extend the waterline out of the bay to better see where the leak is coming from.
