That's pretty standard in the RV industry today. Very few manufacturers are setting up HDMI cabling. The HDMI option is to put a receiver where you want to watch TV and connect directly with HDMI to that TV. Each TV would need it's own receiver for HD but the other TV's might be able to be wired in with a duplicate channel in SD.
Since the plan is to use a dome and DirecTV, HD is not even an option so not of any particular concern in this application.
