Yes, this is our current and first RV which we bought brand new when the economy collapsed. We basically bought the biggest cheapest brand new diesel pusher over 40 ft. that we could find. We never owned or rented an RV. We didn't even test drive this RV before we bought it. We were total newbies. We were both 30. We really did take a gamble. Yes there were quality issues and terrible customer service, but the 43 ft. size and $120k price were right. I cannot recommend doing what we did, luckily we did not have any catastrophic issues, but next time, we would take the safe route by sticking with a brand that more people like.
