Get a towable, not a motorhome. You will never be able to move it once it is there with the motorhome. The animals will eat the wires and the engine will eventually seize up. How would you ever remove it? Find a decent older trailer. I would recommend alumninum not something that will delaminate. Get the roof and window sealed good. Seal up the underside with steel wool in the teeny holes to prevent the mice. Some replace the toilet with a composting toilet to avoid what to do with the black water. Some folks have made quite the hunting lodge out of an older camper. Many of the older ones have four bunks I the back and room up front. I would avoid anything with slides. Keep it simple.
