I wouldn't worry about what the dealer thinks. It is just like having your mechanic give the unit a once over, prior to purchase.
You are going to pay around $200.00 for the inspection, The inspector checks everything, the engine, trans, levelers, all 12 volt,110 volt, awnings etc. He checks things you wouldn't think of checking. Anything broke, they will not warranty.
