Installing a Solid Rear Mud Flap
What is the best way to install a solid rear mud flap. Should it be bolted so it does not swing or should it be install on chains where it can swing? Thanks for any and all comments

I was going to put a large mud flap on my Class A until I saw some photos and posts on here. There are photos of those mud flaps kicking up rocks and causing a lot of damage to toads. And they weren't dragging on the ground either. The people who had them also said the back of the motorhome and the toad still get dirty even with the flap. Because of that info I decided not to get one.
