Installing a Solid Rear Mud Flap
What is the best way to install a solid rear mud flap. Should it be bolted so it does not swing or should it be install on chains where it can swing? Thanks for any and all comments

I bolted mine to a 1 1/2" X 1 1/2" angle and mounted with a couple of links of
chain to RV frame as picture shows. I didn't use a backing aluminum plate however as seen in the picture. Be sure it has 4" to 5" clearance from the ground.
