Installing a Solid Rear Mud Flap
What is the best way to install a solid rear mud flap. Should it be bolted so it does not swing or should it be install on chains where it can swing? Thanks for any and all comments

If installed properly, it will keep both the Towd and the back of the coach much cleaner than without a mud flap. My towd doesnt have any stone chips
