Installing a Solid Rear Mud Flap
What is the best way to install a solid rear mud flap. Should it be bolted so it does not swing or should it be install on chains where it can swing? Thanks for any and all comments

I've been thinking about installing an Ultra Gard on my Forza. My question is should it be installed closer to the back bumper, or more under the coach closer to the axle?
