Installing a Solid Rear Mud Flap
What is the best way to install a solid rear mud flap. Should it be bolted so it does not swing or should it be install on chains where it can swing? Thanks for any and all comments

I'm trying to picture how a flap hanging at the extreme rear of a MH could take out the sewage bay...where is the bay located that this could possibly happen. Are you saying the tire pieces hit the flap and bounced upward???
