After finding no outputs on my TV for any external speakers I went back and read the complete manual. Found nothing. Then I looked at the schematic. So small I had to use a magnifying glass. Ureka! The ear phone output is stereo and 8 ohms. I can drive a 40 watt Pyle amplifier. I have never seen 8 ohm outputs for earphone jacks before.
