I had rain water get into the electrical bay and soaked some relays and wiring. Beside some malfunctions, I had one relay that was buzzing. The Freightliner helpdesk explained that the buzzing was a relay being "backfed" with current on one of the legs that would not normally have voltage coming to it.
The fix to my problem was drying everything and replacing one bad relay. Your problem will be very hard to find until it malfunctions again.
