I know this is an old thread (but not old enough)... I'm having more problems! To summarize last summer's thread, the external and in-tank fuel pumps were replaced along with the ignition control module and the fuel filter. It fixed the intermittent issue I was having where the RV would starve for fuel and shut off until it had time to cool off. I'm now around 4k or 5k additional miles down the road and it's doing it again. I replaced the fuel filter with no change. A shop is currently telling me they suspect the ignition control module. Is it possible for the module to fail in 5000 miles? It it possible for either of the fuel pumps to fail in such a short distance? I'm broken down in Texas where it easily gets up to 100F and the first failure of this trip occurred after several hundred miles at the hottest part of the day (but not before making it a couple thousand miles from home over the preceding week).
Thank you for your thoughts!
