Have you checked the batteries, they may be bad. If they are OK then I would go with the Magnum 2812 PSW. I did the switch because we installed the Samsung 197 RR. If you go that way just get a new controller all you have to do is drop 2 wires in the phone cord, the Xantrex uses 6 lines and the Magnum uses 4 lines, that way you don't need to run a new controller line. Saves some dollars on the install. Had all my work done at Kustom Coach Works in Junction City.
