You can call the folks at Magnum. They are very helpful. One of the most helpful to me during a recent issue with my MS2812 was Glen Darby at Magnum Energy. You can send him an email from their website and he will respond quickly.
I went down this morning and tried one final reset on the inverter. Just the short time that I was plugged in the batteries were already starting to boil. was supposed to head out to florida this afternoon, guess that will be put on hold.....lol.
