If absolutely no AC outlets are working then it cannot be the inverter unless all of them were on the inverted circuit.
You appear to have an OPEN, versus a SHORT. A short will cause a breaker to trip. An open is just that, an open circuit not allowing electricity to flow.
Not having a schematic for your coach I would take some informational voltage readings. Inside your AC panel I would see if voltage is coming in on the main breaker as well as getting output on the breakers.
Again, not knowing your system it could be a transfer panel box not working.
