Mystery Solved.
Even after the last tech rep said the inverter was working properly, the fact that I had no inverter output and it didn't pass the shoreline supply as it should have, I was convinced the Inverter was bad.
Amazon Prime shipped one in two days. When I opened the inverter connection box (at the bottom front of the unit) in order to disconnect the old unit... I found burned connectors in the output wires, melted wire nuts etc. Should have examined this before when i removed the AC by unplugging the shoreline cable.
Cleaned up shortened wires and made new connections. Working fine.
Sending new inverter back to Amazon for refund.
