Arvie1: Is there any place on your inverter/charger to plug in a household appliance? All inverters have 120 volts receptacles on them. A converter does not have any plug in places. A converter produces 12 volts, and that feeds to the 12 volt positive and negative terminal strips. From those terminal strips usually there are feeds to the battery to charge the battery.
